Our meal from Yan Min tonight is outstanding!! Some of the best Chinese food we've ever eaten! Everything is cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious.
Returned to get some shrimp rolls to use for appetizers for the Super Bowl and also wanted to try their Japanese Udon Noodle soup . Their shrimp eggs rolls are nice and crisp and well stuffed , only wish they had a bit more shrimp in them .... . Otherwise they were scrumptious and enjoyed by all ! While I I tried the Japanese Yaki Udon Noodle soup for the first time so I can't compare the preparation or taste to other restaurants . I did ask for them to not make it toooooo spicy ! Not really knowing what to expect I found myself totally enjoying this soup ! Not overly salty with plenty of shrimp , swimming in a delicious savory broth with lots of noodles and a minimal amount of shredded carrots, cabbage and I think scallions. If you are only having the soup it's definitely enough for two servings !
